Veritas is the Latin word for truth. I have been on a journey to examine my own leadership purpose which has resulted in a personal story with headlines such as: integrity and authenticity, activate and transform, growth and results. Evaluating my own “why” led me to create Veritas Leadership. My purpose is to partner with organizations to help them succeed. I believe committed leaders and engaged teams have the potential to transform the world around them and my mission is to help activate that potential, bolster capabilities and produce results. Veritas Leadership helps our clients succeed by offering training, executive coaching and human capital advisory services to build capabilities, develop and retain talent, strengthen culture and produce powerful outcomes.

After almost 25 years in the financial services sector as a practitioner, developer of talent, leader and coach, I have come to believe that humans flourish when they are authentic, curious, engaged and included. At Veritas Leadership, all of our work is customized and high touch. We start by learning about our clients to understand their context and needs. Together we determine the best solutions to generate results. That can mean creating a program to stretch high potential talent or getting an executive ready for an important presentation. It might mean training first time managers in the fundamentals of leading others, facilitating teambuilding experiences to solidify trust and strengthen culture, or coaching executives through transformational change. Regardless of the solution, our primary goal is to help our clients achieve theirs.

Veritas Leadership was established to help address challenges faced by successful lean organizations: scarcity of internal resources and scarcity of time. Many firms do not have specialized human resource functions to evaluate the capabilities they want to build as a company or to design and facilitate bespoke experiences to develop their teams, build culture, and improve employee experience. Our Customized Leadership Workshops on topics ranging from communications and sales skills to partnership and leadership acumen provide companies with customized training experiences to fit their needs.
Often times leaders do not have time to self-reflect, process feedback, or plan strategically because they are inundated with tactical execution and have to respond to urgent situations all day long. Executive coaching is one of the best opportunities for a leader to prioritize their own development and challenge themselves with a partner they trust.
I’ve spent the majority of my career working for large institutions like Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan where leadership development, training, and strategic human capital management contribute to the “secret sauce” of success. I am excited to bring that expertise to firms that want to produce those outcomes without having to build their own internal team. Veritas means truth, and we pride ourselves on offering world-class services that are true to the leaders, teams and organizations with whom we partner.
